Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Sovar, we aim to deliver high-quality jewellery to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Opening Video Requirement
Customers must record a clear unboxing/opening video while opening the package.
The video should show the sealed package being opened and the product clearly visible.
⚠️ Without an opening video, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted.
2. Damaged Product
If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, customers must report it within 24 hours of receiving the order along with the opening video and photos.
After verification:
Refund will be processed only if the product is found damaged.
3. Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for exchange:
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Courier / shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cases will not be accepted:
No opening video available
Product used or damaged by the customer
Exchange request after 7 days
5. Refund Processing
If the return is approved for a damaged product:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
